Angel Wings Homecare
Will utilize innovative Telehospice services to:
Increase access, provision and safe delivery of hospice and palliative services to patients, particularly in vulnerable urban and rural communities
Supporting patients, their families and caregivers who prefer to transition in home/residential settings.
Streamline access and safe, effective delivery of patient services through the telehospice platform to relevant departments: pharmacy, medical equipment
